The destination for all things living well
Evolving with our Earth
My purpose on this platform is to provide a trusted source of healthy living and clothing options, exploring the why and how to implement a science-backed wellness routine into our lives.

Pioneering a healthier world
I focused my college studies on the biochemistry of the body’s metabolic processes. My learnings concluded that in different doses, both nutrients and chemicals can be toxic to the body. And yet, many of these are present in everyday life and are marketed as beneficial - from food to body care, from beauty products to fashion.
This is why I have made it my mission to dive deep into the literature and work with experts in nutrition and integrative health practices to curate a one-stop shop for whole body and mind wellness products to benefit our health, not compromise it.
I hope this inspires and empowers you to join the journey towards living, feeling, and wearing healthy.

My ethos
What it means to be a vetted brand on my site
-
The fibers, dyes, and finishes used in clothing production can all have an impact on the wearer’s health.
This why I vet through sustainable fashion brands and only advocate for those with consumer’s health in mind.
The brands I advocate for use:
Primarily certified-organic, plant-based fibers (recycled plastic does not make the cut)
Vegetable-tanned leather (no chromium-tanned leather here)
Clean chemistry: all-natural, non-toxic dyes, especially OEKO-TEX and Bluesign certified dyes
Untreated fabric (no waterproof/sweatproof, stain resistant, or antibacterial clothing allowed)
For wellness products beyond clothing, I work with brands that put consumers’ physical and mental well-being at the forefront, and always have a science-backed approach!
-
Garment workers are at the front line for clothing development. Handling raw materials can be incredibly toxic, especially when workers are not provided with the appropriate PPE.
As such, I dive deep to ensure the brands I advocate for not only treat and pay their workers fairly but also that they are not working with materials that can negatively impact their health (which are the same materials that harm consumer health).
-
Mother Earth should be respected and treated with the care she deserves.
This is why I only promote brands that follow safe environmental practices, such as:
Carbon neutrality
Low water usage
Reduced waste
Non-toxic dyes (dyes impact waterways and aquatic life)
Circularity (such as take-back programs)
Regenerative farming practices (let’s replenish our Earth in the farming process!)
-
Empowering small, local businesses and artisans is of the utmost importance to me, along with supporting brands that give back to their community and participate in charitable initiatives.
