Can clothing impact your energy level?

Have you ever noticed that when you wear all-natural fibers you just feel…better?

It’s not all in your head.

A 2003 study done by Dr Heidi Yellen on the frequencies of fabric showed that if the fabric’s signature frequency is lower than that of the body, it puts a strain on the body.

However, if the fabric has a higher frequency, it gives energy to the body.

Organic cotton has a signature frequency of 100 (equal to a healthy human body) & linen and merino wool 5,000 (!). (However, wearing linen and wool together were found to cancel each other out.)

Meanwhile, synthetics are at 15.

I’m not surprised by these findings, as personally I feel a shift towards positive energy when wearing natural fibers (merino wool paired with organic cotton is one of my favorite combinations to workout in).
