Linen is the perfect warm-weather fabric. It is breathable and temperature regulating, keeping you cool during the day and comfortable as the weather dips at night. It is also a resilient fabric, making it last for years to come.
The most interesting aspect of linen, however, is its frequency. Linen’s frequency is at 5,000 mHz, which suggests that wearing it can give the body energy. No wonder I feel so free in linen :)
